LASH SPA ETIQUETTE
§ Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This will allow you ample time to check in, fill out client forms, and relax for a few moments before your treatment. Whilst enjoying a glass of wine, tea, premium artesian water, fresh strawberries, or fine belgium chocolates before your Couture Lash experience.
§ Please cancel or reschedule all Spa Appointments at least 24 hours prior to the start of service. Otherwise, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
§ Please remember that upon arrival on property please come directly to TheMain Lobby Entrance where you will be greeted by a Wink Couture Lash Spa Brand Ambassador and then escorted to The Wink Couture Spa Suites.
§ We suggest that you leave valuables at home to ensure the highest level of caution and safety.
§ As you will be reclined for an hour, please be sure to wear comfortable clothing. Our trained therapists use professional draping techniques, ensuring discretion and comfort during your service. However do not hesitate to inform us of further needs that you may require while relaxing.
§ As a courtesy to others, please turn off or silence your cell phones while in treatment.
§ Please DO remove all eye make-up before your consultation and prior to receiving your eyelash extension treatment.
§ Please do not bring children to your treatment in the Wink Couture Lashes Spa Suite, nor any persons that are not receiving services as space is limited. Doing so may incur a $25 facility fee.
A 10%-20% service charge will be added to all spa treatments
